Youth Service Day and Earth Weekend: April 21st 9:00 AM in the teachers’ parking lot here at Proctor. Help with a Proctor High school community clean-up. Many of our neighbors would appreciate the help cleaning the sidewalks and front lawns of the garbage that some our students throw during the lunch periods. Sign up in Class. Foxtrot Platoon lead. All cadets welcomed. Polo Shirts.
Tap-Line: April 26th. Watson-Williams Elementary School. Color Guard and Choir needed.
MS Walk: Sunday May 6th at SUNY IT Campus; 9:30 – 3:00 PM. Color Guard and several cadets will be attending as listed on the sign up sheet. Leader – C/LTJG Dougherty.
Lions Club Walkathon: May 12th. Any takers?????
Clothing Drive-Echo Platoon is conducting a clothing drive for the hurricane Katrina victims. If you have any old clothes that are still wearable, decent, and that you can do without bring the clothes to M347. The clothes will be sent out March 31st. For more details contact Wanita Mccoy (601-2822).
ROTC Scholarships – The military services are now accepting applications for ROTC scholarships for 2008 graduates. All applications are on-line. If you need assistance, contact CDR Piper. You need to take the SATs in May, June or September/October to get your scores in time to meet next year’s boards.

Parent Booster Club Meeting: April 18th at 6 PM. Election of Officers will be conducted.
Annual Inspection: Mandatory Event – effects your grade.
Formation Practice Wednesday Period 8 & 9 in Main Gym – go to your class first for attendance and then come immediately to the Gym.
Formation Practice Monday Apr 23rd after school (2:30 – 3:30 PM) in Main Gym. Late buses available at 3:45 PM.
INSPECTION CEREMONY – Apr 24th, 4:00 – 6:00 PM in the Main Gym. Form up at 3:30 PM. Summer Blue uniform. Teachers & Parents invited.
Drill Meet: April 21st @ East Rochester School. Bus departs PHS at 0530.
Pizza Sales April 18th – May 11th. Check the watchbills in the classrooms!!!!!
SAT Registration Deadline for June 2nd Test = April 27th.
Unit Staff Turnover: Due April 30th. Pass down folders as directed in CO memo.
Change of Command Ceremony: Entire unit (formation). May 1st, Main Gym, 5-7 PM. Summer Blues; Officers/CPOs – SDBs. Teachers & Parents invited.
NS1 Field Trip - to USS Slater/Albany: May 10th. Chaperones needed.
NS2/NS3 Field Trip – May 18th. Rome Labs and NEADS. Chaperones needed.
Awards Ceremony: May 24th, 5-7 PM, Auditorium.
Memorial Day Parade: May 28th. 2:00 PM.

Unit Event Pictures needed for Memory Book: Put photos in the computer services mailbox. Include an envelope with your name on it if you want the pictures back.
Supply: will be closed for remodeling and inventory from March 26 to April 24. No issues will be made unless it is an emergency.
Promotion Drill Instruction ** Attention NS1 if you would like to advance in rank and you need to do the following (Personal Inspection, Basic drill, and rifle drill) see C/LTJG Kendrick and CMCPO Wilkinson.
